We accept L/C, T/T, Paypal, Alibaba trade assurance ,western union. 30% deposit upon order confirmed, 70% balance before shipment. And the shipping: DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, UPS or HK Post.

Any defective or crack during the delivery, we will try to solve it well, refund, resend goods, or other solutions.

4.What's your MOQ and lead time?
For our branded items, we accept order between 100-200pcs/Model. ODM/OEM order to be negotiated. And the lead time is 3-5 Days after confirmed the payment (Based on the order quantity).

7.What is the difference between 3 kinds of thickness?
Each thickness do has its own cost performance, the 0.15mm thickness do has the best Flexibility, and the 0.3mm has better hardness indeed.

8.How many different kinds of glass do you have? And, what's the thickness?
We have 3 different types of glass: Japan Asahi glass Germany glass & American Corning glass.
And 3 different thickness: 0.33mm, 0.21mm & 0.15mm (Recommend 0.33mm)

Yes, OEM/ODM order is welcomed. We have our own RD department, which will offer one stop service from original idea to finished product with free package design.
