Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@mocoll.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Is it free shipping?

Normally, we will ship your order for free if your order amount reaches $50. Below $50, we will charge a certain logistics fee. (Except during special events.)

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Shipping time is usually within 7-15 business days . This depends on the logistics provider and the location of the destination.

How will my order be shipped?

What are your shipping costs?

If your order is above $50, we will ship for free.

If your order is less than $50, we will charge a $5.00 delivery fee.

Of course, if you want to receive your products faster, you can choose our value-added service, VIP Logistics, for only $15.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
