Payment Methods
MOCOLL accepts credit cards (VISA and Mastercard only), PayPal and Apple Pay.
Order Modifications
If you place an order online, please be sure to check your order carefully. If you notice any errors, please contact our customer service team immediately. Due to our automated system, orders submitted online will automatically be submitted to our order fulfillment department. Please understand that we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
Discounts
If you have trouble using a coupon code for the first time, please make sure you enter the code accurately. Please note that you must enter the coupon code in the field marked "Coupon Code". If you have already submitted your order, please understand that we are unable to change the financial information of your transaction.
Billing
Once your order is submitted, we will pre-authorize your credit card for the total amount of the order. The pre-authorization will appear immediately, but it does not mean that the payment has been charged. Billing will be processed after all orders have been shipped.
Order Not Processed
Possible reasons why your order was not processed:
The billing address on the order does not match the billing address to which the credit card bill is sent.
Funds not available.
Wrong card security code. For most credit cards, please enter the three digits after the account number on the back of the card.
Wrong card number or expiration date.
If your order has not been processed but an authorization is still showing on your credit card, don't worry. These authorizations are not charges and no money will be debited from your account. They are just pending authorizations that will be debited from your account within a week. If you continue to have problems using your credit card on our site, please contact our customer service team.
